How do I make a reservation?

Call us at 214-621-8301.  We are available 24/7

 

Where do we meet you at the airport?

The driver will meet you at baggage claim.  We offer this “meet and greet” service on all our pick-ups and it is included as part of the price.

 

Is there a minimum for hourly rentals?

There is a minimum for each vehicle in our fleet depending on the day and time of rental.

 

Do hourly rental hours need to he consecutive?

Yes for hourly rentals the time must be consecutive.  If there are two(2) different times in the day there would he a minimum for each trip.

 

What is included in your fleet?

Is there a deposit required?

Yes there is a 50% non refundable deposit due at time of booking to secure your reservation.  The other 50% must be paid in full 30 days in advance of the trip.

 

What forms of payment are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX

 

Do you offer same day service?

We are not an on demand transportation service.  If you call the same day we will do our best to accommodate you, however this is not guaranteed.

Are there seatbelts in the limousines?

There are three (3) seatbelts in the limousines.

Are there child seats available for the the vehicles?

There are not child seats provided.  You would need to supply the child seat.

What happens if a passenger vomits in the vehicle?

There will be a clean-up fee starting at $300 for any vomit in the vehicle.

Is alcohol allowed in the limousines and buses?

Yes you are allowed to bring and consume alcoholic beverages in the limousines and buses.

How do you charge for limousines and buses?

They are both charged by the hour.

How far in advance can I book a wedding or event?

We take bookings up to 15 months in advance.   We recommend booking early during wedding season time and popular events as our vehicle book up quickly.
